MB Automation GmbH & Co. KG is looking for a Initiative in Roding

MB Automation GmbH & Co. KG

Initiative

Entwicklungskonstrukteur / Design Engineer

During my interview, I met a team of very nice and friendly people. Their interaction with me was highly positive, and they left a great impression, showing a genuine interest in a future collaboration. They clearly explained the company’s core business and my potential role within the organization.
The Head of the Design Department explained that the first six months are dedicated to onboarding, guidance, and training, which I find very reassuring. Additionally, I really appreciate that work-life balance is prioritized here. The fact that the company has its own fitness studio with free membership for employees, along with an academy for personal development offering various technical courses, is highly impressive.

Pleasant and Professional Interview

The interview was smooth and I was able to explain my experience and skills in detail. The interviewers were also very professional and the whole atmosphere was pleasant, and they explained the whole process and the organization in detail. And they answered all my questions at as well, so overall I was left with a lot of clarity on the role, the organization and the team.

Interview session

I was warmly welcomed and guided clearly through every step of the interview process. The host made me feel very comfortable and ensured that all necessary information was thoroughly communicated. It was a highly positive experience.

Exellent and very fast!

I liked everything and it was extremely fast, which I didn't expect from Germany.

Good overall interview experience

I had a very positive interview experience with MB ATECH GmbH. The communication before the interview was fast and clear, and the interview itself was professional and well organized. I felt welcomed and treated as a valued candidate throughout the process. The interviewer was friendly and well prepared, and the expectations and next steps were clearly explained. Overall, it was a very pleasant and positive experience.

Open, well prepared interview with clear next steps

The process was quick and clear from the first contact. In the interview I spoke with HR and with two people from the software side, which gave me both the organizational and the technical view. They explained the role, the current state of the software, the team structure, and what the first months would look like. The technical questions were relevant and fair. I also appreciated the direct answers to my own questions about on-site work, travel, language, and relocation support. When I asked whether anything raised a concern about my fit, I got an honest answer, which I value. At the end I was told when to expect an update and what the next round would involve.
