Sehr angenehmes und interessantes Vorstellungsgespräch

Ich habe mich während des gesamten Gesprächs sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Sowohl die Vorstellung des Unternehmens als auch die Erklärung des Aufgabenbereichs waren sehr interessant und verständlich.

Besonders positiv fand ich den Rundgang durch das Unternehmen. Auch die Produktion einmal direkt zu sehen und die einzelnen Abläufe erklärt zu bekommen, war sehr interessant und hat mir geholfen, mir das Unternehmen und die Tätigkeit noch besser vorstellen zu können. Ebenso fand ich es sehr aufschlussreich, das Büro, den möglichen zukünftigen Arbeitsplatz sowie bereits einige Einblicke in die Programme und Abläufe zu erhalten.

Insgesamt habe ich einen sehr positiven Eindruck von der Mühlbauer Group und dem gesamten Team gewonnen. Alle waren sehr freundlich und man hat gemerkt, mit wie viel Engagement und Begeisterung gearbeitet wird. Die Mühlbauer Group als großes internationales Unternehmen finde ich sehr interessant und ich könnte mir gut vorstellen, künftig Teil Ihres Teams zu werden.

Ich freue mich zudem auf die Möglichkeit einer Probearbeit und darauf, das Unternehmen und den Aufgabenbereich noch besser kennenzulernen.

Während des Gesprächs wurde das Unternehmen sowie die Ausbildung verständlich vorgestellt, und ich wurde jederzeit respektvoll behandelt. Die Atmosphäre war offen und angenehm, sodass ich mich wohlgefühlt habe. Außerdem wurden die nächsten Schritte am Ende des Gesprächs klar erklärt.

One of the best hiring experiences I've had

As a candidate, I had an exceptionally positive experience throughout Mühlbauer's hiring process. From the very first interaction, the HR team created a welcoming, professional, and supportive atmosphere. Communication was clear, the process was well organized, and every stage was transparent and easy to navigate.

The interviews with the technical team were particularly enjoyable. Rather than feeling like a conventional assessment, the discussions felt like a genuine exchange between professionals. The questions were thoughtful and relevant, and the team provided an authentic insight into both the technical challenges and the collaborative working environment.
