Senior Software Developer - PKI (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Technical design and development of PKI components and services
- Translation of security and business requirements into technical solutions
- Architectural decisionmaking and documentation
- Further development and improvement of existing PKI solutions
- Provision of technical leadership and mentoring of software developers
- Code, architecture, and security reviews
- Analysis of complex certificate, cryptography, and production issues
- Close collaboration with security, infrastructure, DevOps and application teams
- Support in shaping the PKI architecture, certificate policy, and lifecycle management
- Ensuring security, availability, performance, and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience of PKI and cryptographic systems
- Very strong knowledge of Java, REST, SOAP, PKCS#11
- Experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) and secure key management
- Knowledge of security architecture and secure software development
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, code reviews, and automated testing
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
- Excellent English skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
