Assembly and Production Operator (m/f/d)
We offer you the opportunity to choose between different working schedule models. Depending on the area of assignment and individual agreement, the following options are available:
- 5/2 working schedule: Five consecutive working days followed by two consecutive days off.
- 10/5 working schedule: Ten consecutive working days followed by five consecutive days off.
Together, we will find the working schedule that best suits your personal and professional circumstances. In particular, the 10/5 model offers attractive opportunities for longer periods of time off and trips home, especially for employees who commute longer distances.
Your Responsibilities:Depending on your qualifications and area of assignment, you will take on various tasks in our production and assembly departments:
- Operating, setting up and monitoring production machines and technical equipment
- Assembling and wiring mechanical and electrical components and machinery
- Working according to technical drawings, assembly plans and other technical documentation
- Carrying out quality inspections and functional tests
- Identifying and resolving malfunctions while ensuring smooth production processes
- Contributing to the optimization of manufacturing and assembly processes
- Completed technical vocational training, for example as an Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, Mechanic or in a comparable field, is an advantage
- Ideally, previous work experience in production, machine operation, assembly or mechanical engineering
- Production assistants and career changers with a technical interest and practical skills are also welcome
- Good technical understanding and a careful approach to work
- Reliability, teamwork skills and a willingness to contribute
- Motivation and willingness to learn new tasks and responsibilities
- Flexible working schedules with the option of agreeing on a 5/2 or 10/5 model
